Rental rate reflects use of “Facility”: Lodge, Cottage, Gatehouse, access to Garage, 60 acres of property (inclusive of trails, pond, fields and fire pits) and included furnishings and items of building as well as recreational items in the Shed and firewood for fire pits, internet, and associated heating/cooling/electrical costs. The fee also includes a comprehensive cleaning cost and all associated NH and local taxes.

Ember Escapes, llc requires a 50% deposit at time of booking to confirm reservation. The balance will be due 14 days before check-in.
